Question by ♥M♥: I just had a double mastectomy and looking for good teas to prevent cancer?
I just beat Triple Negative Breast Cancer! woohoo! I am 25 and was diagnosed at 24. Does anyone know any good teas that help prevent cancer? Maybe not prevent but help work to fight cancer? I have to start a whole new diet and need some good tips. I am looking into going to visit with a nutritionist but for now need some good tips. Thanks!

The teas that have be studied in clinical trials have been traditional Chinese and Japanese green teas. There are many varieties and its hard to find information on which ones have the most medicinal value. One one the more well-known varieties of green tea is Mao Feng.

I wouldn’t stake it all on tea. If there really were a good one, everyone would have it, drink gallons of it, and there would be no more cancer. Sometimes it’s just bad luck to get cancer, even if you think you’re doing all the right things.
